We engineered MedNote like infrastructure: schema-per-tenant isolation, granular RBAC and full audit trails first, then built thirty-plus modules on that foundation.

MedNote runs the full hospital journey — from a lead's first enquiry to discharge summary pushed to their ABDM health locker — with AI watching for what humans miss.
